Happy Winter!
Here is my card I finished today with the help of my friend Cheryl W. Thanks again, Cheryl who gifted me some wonderful daisy, stems, and leaf cut-outs. I put my own spin on them to make this card to enter this pink and green challenge. https://colorhuesthecolorchallenge.blogspot.com/2025/12/color-hues-123-pink-and-green.html
My card base is PTI White, which is my favorite white card stock. The great dark green ( it looks black here, but isn't) layering piece is from my stash, but am not sure from what company. I have only two 8-1/2 x 11 sheets of it, so will hoard it for Christmas cards. :-)
I am not sure that daisies come in pink, but mine does. I used Pops of Color (they call it dimentional liquid embellishment) in Gloss Dusty Rose to paint over the die cut. Can you see some of the petals are popped up?
The flower is really shiny in real life. I love it! This paint is on sale a couple of places on line. The stem and leaves are probably Old Olive c.s. I carefully glued them down using my "finger glue".
To finish I added the sentiment from SU Inked & Tiled cling stamp set using Hero Arts white pigment ink and was done. I know my photo is a bit blurry. Sorry, my skills with the camera are not up to par these days.
It is very cold and snowy here in Minnesota. I had to turn on the heat AND make dinner in the oven tonight. Staying warm and crafting is the best thing to do these days.
Thank you for visiting and I hope you will come by again.
