Holiday Greetings!
This is the last Christmas card I made for2025. It will be mailed soon - locally. My out of town cards went last week.
I had the black A2 card base on my desk so got to work on making a card for the The Flower Challenge #109. They are asking for Christmas flowers, so naturally I dug out one of my poinsettia dies.
The die is from Altenew. I struggled lining up the petals, so cut a bunch of extras trying to make a pleasent bouquet.
The little Joy die is from an oldie but wonderful set from Queen & Co. Luckily I had a smidgen of gold cardstock handy, so used that for the sentiment and the flower center.
Time to finish this card, stuff my envelopes and find some postage stamps.
Are all your cards done and mailed?
It is so sad that this is the last challenge for The Flower Challenge as they are closing down. I've seen many wonderful cards on their posts over the years. Thank you for challenging us.
We are having a mid December thaw for the next couple of days here in my neck of the woods. There is a lot of snow, so not all of it will melt.
Thank you for visiting and I hope you will come by again.

Beautiful poinsettia! My cards were all mailed last week. Yay, me!
I know what you mean about that die, Jeanne, and it looks fabulous with the extra layers you added. The red really pops on the dark background. Thanks for sharing your card with us at The Flower Challenge.
